ENTERTAINMENT AT THE CLUB
We have loads of great stuff going on at the club. The highlight of any club's entertainment schedule is the Saturday night live performances and at Scissett it's no different. With some of the most experienced and popular performers in the UK for your entertainment we're sure you'll have a great night. We also have a daily schedule of regular clubs, organisations and events so get involved. You may recognise some of the acts below from their popular appearances at the club.
REGULAR SCHEDULE
MON
Slimming World hold groups in the morning and the evening. Come along to find out more and maybe shed those extra pounds in a safe environment.
TUES
Club opens 1.00 pm ready for afternoon sequence dances. The Denby Dale individual darts league are in the concert room.
WED
We have 2 yoga classes so whether you know your downward dog from your warrior pose or not its a great way to focus on your wellbeing.
THURS
Scissett Operatic Society meet every week
FRI
The last Friday in every month we have Nobbies soul night disco / northern rock. Open the box raffle. The concert room is available for hire from 4.00 pm onwards all other Friday evenings.
SAT
Live entertainment every Saturday night along with bingo, raffle and member`s number draw. Some of the very best artists and performers on stage to entertain you.
SUN
The concert room is always in demand for parties and can be booked from noon onwards. Play Your Cards is the game to play for on Sunday afternoon.
BOOKINGS
Our function room is available to hire throughout the year for parties, funerals and events. Contact us for more info.
